The pattern

For years, the work appeared to span unrelated industries.

01Events
02Technology
03Education
04Entrepreneurship
05Community building
06Public space
07Products

Eventually a pattern became impossible to ignore.

Why do some environments make people connect, explore, participate, and play, while others make those behaviors almost impossible?

Across NEWaukee, Milwaukee Night Market, ART 64, founder communities, technology ventures, education concepts, experiential work, and Social Furniture, the category kept changing. The underlying pursuit did not: create conditions that bring more of our humanity to the surface.

That question became Human Infrastructure.
